Walgreens 3/18/11

Today is the first day i had a problem at walgreens. the cashier tried to tell me i cant use buy1 get one free coupons on a sale item that is already buy 1 get 1 free. I told her that according to her policy it states that i can use coupons on it. They basically cancel each other out and the products are free.

Heres the sale.

Total: 52.60.. Saved $47.16... Paid $5.44

1  Purex fabric Softner on sale for $4.99.. i paid 2.99 but received $2 rewards back
used 1 coupon for $2 off

2  2000 Flushes on sale for Buy 1 Get1 free $3.99 each, i paid .99 each
used 2 coupons for $1.00 off

6 Right Guard Deodorant on sale for buy 1 get 1 free $4.49.. I paid .00 FREE
used 3 coupons for buy 1 get 1 free ( they cancel each other out)

Cadbury Egg .29
needed a filler item

5 Colgate was found on clearance for $1.09, regular price 3.99, i paid .34 each
used 5 coupons for .75 cents off each

3 Dial Mens Travel Size lotion .99, i paid .00 FREE
used 3 coupons for $1 off

2 Arizona Ice Teas (already drank) .99 each, i paid .50 each
used walgreens coupons 2 for $1

Used 1 $3 rewards from previous purchase.

Total came to $5.44, i received $2 in rewards.. think of it as i paid $3.44 for all this.
